Great Job by Premier Windows

Dear Springwood Neighbors,
My windows and doors are finally finished and I wanted to let everyone know what a great job Premier Window, Inc did. The project seemed to grow as we went along. I kept finding things that needed to be done and when I would mention it to Ward Fendley (the owner) he would say “we can take care of that,” and they did. There was everything from replacing wood in areas at the back of the house as well as fascia boards and practically rebuilding my carport and outside storage closet. They put a coat of Cool-Seal on the car port roof and did some electrical work.<
Ward has a great crew working with him. Nick, Eric and Adam installed most of the windows. Josh and Shawn did a great job with the painting and installing the doors as well as some other jobs. When they encountered a problem they fixed it instead of covering it up, something that had been done in the past... John and his brother Murices did the carport work. Ron was the general project manager. I need to give Josh a special shout out. When the alarm guy came to change the system over to wireless he told me that I was going to need twice as many contacts than I originally thought because of the slider windows. Josh asked him if he had the small magnets, he did and Josh went around and notched out a little space for them. He surley did not have to do that but I am so glad that he was there and spoke up. The alarm guy learned something and I saved the cost of doubling what I originally budgeted for the new alarm system. I am glad that the project is finished but I must say that every single one of the crew was a pleasure to have in my home. They were polite to me and to each other and did a great job.
