Springwood Neighborhood Association
The Springwood Neighborhood Association was formed in 2010 as a requirement by the City in order for us to build and maintain our entrance columns and gardens. We are required to have one meeting a year.
We are aware that neighborhood associations can sometimes become a problem. We will strive to stay true to our original purpose which was to add curb appeal to our entrance. [period]

*We are trying to raise $$ for new street signs and posts for the entrances this will cost $400-$900 depending on what we can raise. Just posts or signs and posts [Type A]... see City page for more information. Which is why dues were set at $35 for 2011.

Bank Balance as of March 30, 2011: $2380
*this reflects a carryover of about $835 collected in 2010. We now have enough to meet our base obligation. What is collected going forward will go toward the signage and taxes.
