The issue concerning the zoning of the land on the Springwood East cul de sac is coming up once again before the Mobile City Planning Commission. Your attendance at this meeting is greatly appreciated!!! We do NOT want a road cutting to Spring Hill Avenue from that area. It is a great buffer zone as is. KEEP THIS PARCEL RESIDENTIAL ONLY!!!!!

Welcome to Springwood Neighborhood!

We hope this site will serve to bring our neighborhood together and
become a helpful tool to the residents here. Share news, make plans, ask for help, whatever... just send an email or drop a note.

Help our neighborhood look its best by doing the following:
1. Keep your lawn mowed and edged — a weedy lawn is an eyesore!

2. Make sure your street-side gutters are kept clear and are properly edged

3. Big Trash is every other Thursday and trash should only go out on the Tuesday prior. See schedule - we are the GREEN column.

4. Bring your garbage cans off the street the same day it is picked up.

5. KEEP YOUR SPEED DOWN! There are tons of toddlers and new bike riders, walkers and pets. Please remind your teenagers of this from time to time.
